**Job Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction tasks to support the completion of projects.
**Duties:**
- Perform physical labor on construction sites including digging, carrying materials, and using hand tools. Experience with carpenty, drywall and other construction trades is a plus to have!
- Assist with setting up and cleaning job sites.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and masons as needed.
- Operate machinery under supervision.
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills on the job.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
